This is a snug, stay-put women’s cut. Start with your usual training top size. If you’re between sizes, choose based on compression preference: down for a tighter lock-in under a gi, up for a touch more room in the shoulders for long paddles or extended rounds. Measure bust and torso length to avoid hem creep; broader shoulders or longer torsos at the edge often do better sizing up.
The fabric is durable polyamide designed for training and water. It resists abrasion from grips and deck wax, stays smooth against skin, and dries fast between sessions. There’s enough stretch to move through guard work and pop-ups without shifting.
