We aim to answer within two business days. If you have not heard back in three, send the message again rather than assuming it was ignored; a reply has occasionally been eaten by a spam filter on one side or the other.
Order questions: the order number from your confirmation email, and the item in question. Sizing questions: the product name and your usual size in a brand you already own — that is far more useful than height and weight alone.
Returns: tell us what arrived and what is wrong with it before sending anything back, so we can tell you where to send it.
