If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will put it right. Contact us before sending anything back so we can tell you where it needs to go — orders ship from more than one fulfiller and the return address is not always the same.
Get in touch with your order number and a photograph of the problem. Manufacturing faults, transit damage and picking errors are ours to resolve, and you will not be asked to cover return postage on any of them.
Unworn gear in its original packaging can be returned. Contact us first for the correct return address.
Print-to-order apparel is made specifically for your order rather than picked from stock, so it is not returnable for change of mind alone — the sizing guidance on each product page and the size guide exist to get this right before you buy. Faults and errors on printed items are still covered above.
For hygiene reasons, mouthguards that have been fitted or removed from sealed packaging, and hand wraps or finger tape that have been opened, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
You have 30 days from delivery to raise a return or report a problem. Contact us inside that window with your order number — the clock is on getting in touch, not on the parcel being back with us.
On a fault, a picking error or transit damage, we cover return postage and replace or refund the item, whatever it is. On a change of mind, the same 30 days apply to the stocked gear lines, the return postage is yours, and the item must come back unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Print-to-order apparel is excluded from change-of-mind returns for the reason given above.
