Apollo MMA ships internationally, with the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia as primary markets. Shipping is calculated at checkout against your delivery address before you pay.
Orders are fulfilled from two sources. Original apparel — tees, hoodies, crewnecks, hats — is printed to order, so it is made after you buy it rather than picked from a shelf. Gear lines ship from stock.
A single order containing both may therefore arrive in more than one parcel, with separate tracking for each. You are not charged twice for that split.
Shipping is charged at cost. There is no flat rate, because there is no flat cost: printed items ship from the facility that made them, and each route prices each destination separately. What follows is the range across the whole catalog — the exact figure for your basket and your address is calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Stocked gear — gloves, guards, gi, shorts, rash guards — is posted by us rather than by a print facility, so it travels as its own parcel and is charged separately. An order containing both arrives as more than one delivery and carries a charge for each.
Gear is priced by weight and destination rather than at a flat rate, because a mouthguard and a gi are not the same parcel: the lightest items start around $4 to the United States and a gi is nearer $11. Ordering several together is cheaper than ordering them separately — they go in one parcel and the weight is added up once.
Most items are charged at a reduced rate for each additional unit in the same parcel. A few — posters, mats and the heavier garments — are charged at the full rate again, because they ship as separate parcels rather than together.
Printed items are made after you order them. Production takes up to 10 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier, and transit time is on top of that and depends on the destination. Stocked gear dispatches within two business days.
Carrier transit estimates are shown with your tracking once the parcel is dispatched. We do not publish a guaranteed delivery date, because it is not ours to guarantee.
You receive a dispatch notification with tracking once your parcel leaves the fulfiller. Print-to-order items are dispatched after production rather than on the day of purchase, so the dispatch email may arrive several days after the order confirmation.
Orders shipped outside the destination country of the fulfiller may attract import duty or tax, which is set by the destination country and is the recipient’s responsibility. It is not included in the price shown at checkout.
