This page explains what data Apollo MMA collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the storefront at apollomma.com and the ordering process on it.
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address and the contents of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
When you browse we collect analytics data through Google Analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you individually.
If you subscribe to email updates we store the address you gave us until you unsubscribe.
Order details are shared with the fulfilment partners who make and ship your order, and with the payment processor and shipping carrier, in each case only to the extent needed to complete the order.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
The site uses cookies to keep your basket between pages and to run analytics. Blocking analytics cookies in your browser does not affect your ability to browse or order.
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will action it. Deletion requests covering an order that has not yet been delivered may need to wait until it has.
